The mission of Evelyn’s BFF is to unite women with breast cancer through unifying events. Together they are committed to support and enrich the lives of those whom they touch, through fundraising, donations, volunteer support and ultimately financial generosity.

 

One of Evelyn's visions is to help raise the self confidence of women with breast cancer by providing funds to pay for breast reconstruction to uninsured women. Unity is not its wish, it is Evelyn’s BFF goal.  The 2012 Valentine's Day Dinner Dance was the first of many programs planned for this year to support Evelyn's mission.  These events will enable Evelyn's Breast Friends Forever to help more people and provide additional assistance to those whom are currently being helped.

 

Evelyn is looking for surgeons, and others, who are willing to volunteer their time to help her achieve this goal.  For those who are interested, please contact Evelyn at evelynsbff@gmail.com. 

 

Another of Evelyn's goals is to provide meals for those women who have undergone breast reconstruction and are unable to leave their homes.  If you wish to volunteer your time, or contribute, please contact Evelyn at evelynsbff@gmail.com.

 

Evelyn has also created "Evelyn's Corner" at one of the local hospital's shops.  This corner features camisoles, foam pads, books and other items for women who have just undergone breast reconstruction.  If you are interested in purchasing one of these items, please contact Evelyn at evelynsbff@gmail.com.

 

Last, but certainly not least - Evelyn's BFF is a non-profit organization supporting breast-cancer women from all across the Los Angeles area, including the South Bay, Long Beach and Inland Areas who meet for lunch, or a day event, to get their minds off of their treatments and support each other, while going through their journey of breast cancer, and have some fun with women to whom they can relate.  Evelyn gives her time and resources generously, helping Survivors through their journey.
